Standalone Screw Locking Machine Process:
1. The product is manually loaded into the equipment fixture for positioning;
2. The XYZ module, equipped with an intelligent electric screwdriver, picks up the screw;
3. The underside vision system takes a photo to locate the screw position;
4. The XYZ is equipped with top vision to position the product's screw hole;
5. After photo alignment and compensation, the screw is automatically locked.
