This is a 3D model for semi-automatic hot stamping equipment. In the semi-automatic hot stamping machine, the battery is placed manually into the hot stamping fixture, and the start button is pressed. Cylinder A then moves the fixture and battery to the pressing and coding station. At this point, the pressing cylinder operates, pressing down for coding. The temperature is controlled by the thermostat, and the time is controlled by the time relay, completing the coding process. Cylinder B then moves the hot stamping fixture and battery to the material retrieval station, where the next operator removes them for the next cycle.
