This project is the previously designed automated assembly for semiconductor devices. The documentation is comprehensive, including all materials, PDF drawings, manuals, BOM lists, electrical diagrams, and standard equipment part procurement prices. The equipment has been mass-produced in the industry with several hundred units, making it very mature and extremely valuable for those working in automation!!! Original drawings, commercial use prohibited!
