The SATA fully automatic pin insertion and bending machine uses a vibrating plate for automatic feeding, with a cylinder for misalignment, displacement, bending, and pin insertion. The drawings allow the SATA 29PIN product to have every three PINs and the last two PINs bent towards the middle at an angle to facilitate short-circuit soldering later; additionally, the 4th PIN can be bent upwards, and after replacing the bending block, the 4th and 5th PINs can also be bent upwards. Some products do not need soldering for the fourth PIN and do not need soldering for the fourth and fifth PINs. Depending on requirements, program-controlled actions can meet production needs. 3D drawings include STEP, STL, and IGS formats, which can be modified as needed.
