Rotary Pressing Machine

This equipment is used in the thickness pressing process of a mobile phone battery production line. After the soft package battery goes through a series of processes from the feeding process, a certain degree of deformation is inevitably produced. The pressing process is a shaping procedure to enhance the battery yield rate. The entire machine includes a feeding, scanning station, dual-station pressing module, dual defective product rejection, blanking, and outlet module, designed for large capacity with a production capacity of 2000PCS/h. The equipment dimensions are 1500X1700X1900. The pressing pressure is adjustable through a pressure regulating valve, and the structural details are clear and precise for reference in solution design.
