The carton diverter conveyor consists of mechanisms such as a drive unit, a guide unit, and a driven unit. The carton diverter conveyor usually follows a specific conveying trajectory to divert and transport packaged products. Compared to other diverter conveyors, the carton diverter conveyor features more precise diverging, no damage to products, and faster speeds. The carton diverter conveyor uses a non-standard conveying medium as the belt. Compared to ordinary conveyors, the carton diverter conveyor requires higher precision for the conveying belt, usually 1.5-2.0 times that of a standard conveyor belt. The frame of the carton diverter conveyor can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel. Carbon steel components are surface-treated with rustproof baking paint or sprayed coating.
