The annular coating production line mainly consists of the pre-treatment electrophoretic line (electrophoretic paint is the earliest developed water-based paint, its main features are high coating efficiency, economical safety, less pollution, and can achieve fully automated management. Pre-treatment is required before coating with electrophoretic paint), sealing primer line, intermediate coating line, topcoat line, fine-tuning line and its drying system. The model is designed in a modular way through a high-speed annular conveyor line to ensure more uniform heat distribution during coating and drying. The digital model formats are SOLIDWORKS and STP.
