Retro Locomotive (Steam Engine)

This is a model of an old-fashioned steam locomotive. The model structure is very complete and is made entirely in accordance with the actual locomotive's proportions. Both the external and internal structures are fully represented. The model structure provides all editable files in SolidWorks and is available for download. The steam locomotive has been around for 180 years. Its development has two aspects: On one hand, there is the development of traction and power, which is reflected in the increase in the number of driving wheel axles and auxiliary axles, as well as the enlargement of the boiler and cylinders. On the other hand, there is the development of thermal efficiency and mechanical efficiency, which is evidenced by the enlargement of the grate area and boiler heating surface, the increase of steam pressure and temperature, the utilization of waste heat, improvements to the steam engine, the adoption of roller bearings, and so on.
