AGV Trolley (Automated Guided Vehicle, abbreviated as AGV) is commonly referred to as an AGV trolley. It is equipped with automatic guiding devices such as electromagnetic or optical systems, enabling it to travel along predetermined guidance paths. It features safety protection and various load transfer functions. In industrial applications, it is a driverless transport vehicle powered by rechargeable batteries. It can generally be controlled via computer to manage its route and behavior, or through an electromagnetic path-following system to establish its travel path. The electromagnetic path is adhered to the floor, and the unmanned transport vehicle moves and operates based on the information provided by the electromagnetic path. This model AGV framework is constructed using 30x30 aluminum profile structures with two power modules at the front and rear. Each power module has two drive motors.
