The press and forming profiling jig uses the traditional manual loading method for feeding. The product to be profiled is placed into the lower mold, where it is quickly clamped and positioned by a fast clamp. A side push cylinder pushes the part into position, after which the Z-axis cylinder presses down for forming. Once completed, the product is removed manually.
