Operating console, this model is built with SolidWorks 2014, includes parameters, and is editable. The cabinet is made from SPCC steel sheets with thickness ranging from 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm. It undergoes processes such as cutting, punching, bending, riveting, welding, grinding, shaping correction, degreasing, derusting, phosphating, electrostatic spraying, high-temperature curing, and cooling. The product can be divided into two types: assembled and welded. Assembled types are challenging to process but have lower transportation costs, while welded types are easier to process but have higher transportation costs.
