The 3D model of the flatness detection taping packaging equipment for mobile phone shielding covers is an integrated machine for automatic CCD vision detection, sorting, packaging, and testing of mobile phone shielding covers. The complete equipment drawings have been "stably mass-produced," so feel free to download them. The design source files in ProE are shared.
The shielding covers are transported through the air blow track, then a three-axis pick-and-place servo robot takes the product to the detection position to inspect the flatness and appearance for defects. This kind of equipment is the most advanced and precise detection method currently available. When a product is defective, it is automatically discarded to a defective product area, and the product is automatically taping packaged.
