Instructions
1. This workstation uses manual sheet material feeding, magnetic automatic sheet separation, robot automatic material picking, positioning, punching, bending, and flipping processes;
2. This workstation requires 1 person, specifically as follows;
1) Assistant (material handling - machine operation) 1 person;
3. After the door panel is bent, it is placed into the flipping workstation and then flows into the next station;
