Mobile Phone Appearance Dimension Inspection Machine Operation Process:
1. Manually load onto the fixture for positioning;
2. Laser line scanning tests the curvature and dimensions of the phone's charging surface;
3. Screen CCD checks for scratches or other foreign objects on the phone screen;
4. After the product testing is completed, transfer it to the next workstation for inspection;
5. Side laser line scanning *2 checks the curvature dimensions of both sides of the phone;
6. End surface line scan laser checks the curvature
7. Rear CCD checks for scratches or foreign objects on the back of the phone;
8. The six surfaces of the phone are inspected separately;
