This model is a platform for visual inspection of electronic products, consisting of three parts: a workbench frame built from aluminum profiles and sheet metal, a camera lens and light source assembly, and a barcode scanning system.
The basic operation process is: 1. The operator places batches of material on the workbench; 2. Scans the product batch number with a handheld barcode scanner; 3. Places the product on the inspection fixture to start visual inspection; 4. The visual system determines whether the product is OK or NG.
