This device can automatically thread the accessories on car seatbelts (such as tongues, latch hooks, seatbelt fasteners, etc.) onto the webbing. All accessories are error-proofed. After threading the webbing, the device automatically rivets a limiter buckle onto the webbing. The device has a high degree of automation, accurate positioning, and high efficiency, effectively improving the quality issues of manual threading by employees. The equipment is equipped with two limiter buckle riveting methods, (1. pneumatic cold pressing riveting 2. ultrasonic welding) to meet the different needs of various products.
