Medical product embedded metal injection molding automatic loading and unloading CCD equipment terminal
The medical product embedded metal injection molding project involves products in full roll tape form. The metal is embedded in injection molding through automatic loading and unloading with a ratchet mechanism for fixed-length cutting. Subsequently, the terminal is bent, and a robot places the terminal into the mold. After injection molding in the injection molding machine, the unloading robot removes the product. After CCD visual inspection of dimensions, defective products are separated, and good products are unloaded!
