Production process of the pin insertion machine:
1. The product is fed to the inside of the equipment for gripping and positioning using a vibrating bowl.
2. There are three sets of pin feeding bins, each with the following workflow: segmented feeding, cutting and separating the pin, gripping module clamping and pin insertion, pin cutting module.
3. After insertion, it is checked for proper assembly.
