The L-shaped welding positioner can reposition the weld seam on the parallel rotating main axis of the workpiece to the boat-shaped welding position, while other weld seams are repositioned to the flat welding position. It is suitable for welding complex and specially-shaped components and can be used in conjunction with automated welding.
The L-shaped positioner serves as an external axis for a two-axis robot and allows for free programming. When used with a robot, it enables the rotation and flipping of the workpiece to achieve the optimal welding position.
