Disk Coating Machine

This equipment is an automated production line used for the fabrication of ferrites and high-frequency electronic material films in the electronics industry. It is applicable for the production of inductors, capacitors, NFC, antennas, etc. The size range of the products can be adjusted according to customer requirements. The entire machine is controlled by a programmable controller (PLC) and features automatic cycle filtration, automatic vacuum defoaming, automatic baking forming, automatic cutting, and loading/unloading functions. The mechanical structure is rational, stable, reliable, precise, and simple to operate and maintain. 1. All automatic working systems use high-precision linear modules. All servo motors are manufactured by Panasonic, Japan. 2. The machine uses an AC220V power supply. 3. The air source adopts filtered compressed air with a pressure of 0.5~0.7Mpa. 4. Production requirements (1.8m~2m) per minute.
