This machine is mainly used for industrial small fan CCD inspection and labeling. The machine consists of a CCD inspection mechanism, a labeling and stripping mechanism, a feeding and transferring mechanism, a feeding conveyor line, and a product rotation and transmission conveyor line. This machine is easy to operate with a high degree of automation and has strong versatility.
Operation Instructions: The operator places the product in the fixture. The fixture return mechanism returns the fixture and product to the specified position. The fixture displacement cylinder moves the product and fixture to the front of the CCD inspection mechanism for inspection. The fixture displacement mechanism shifts, and the positioning mechanism aligns it for labeling by the labeler. The feeding mechanism sends the product onto the output conveyor belt. The fixture shifts back into the return mechanism to continue operation.
