The two sliders on the moving mold have undercuts, and the large slider cannot be demolded! It could have originally been placed on the two side sliders. The client requested that the parting line of the slider be in the middle!
The gate location was specified by the client! Mold flow analysis has also been conducted! During subsequent trial molds and production, molding could proceed normally!
