This set of drawings and models is for a squirrel-cage rotor aluminum ring outer circle rough turning integrated machine, mainly used for rough turning of the outer circle and end face chamfering of cast aluminum rotors by motor manufacturers. It uses an XY structure for cutting, with chamfering occurring during finishing. The chamfering mechanism removes burrs and other foreign substances produced during the die-casting of squirrel-cage rotors, employing a power head mechanism. The rotor is transferred using a non-powered slide mechanism.
