The battery tray-style loading and unloading film wrapping machine is an automated device for power battery film wrapping, edge folding, and size measurement. It uses tray-style material storage and a manipulator for material handling. The tension, roller speed, hardness, and pressure of the insulation film are controlled to ensure it adheres to the surface around the cell. A cylinder-driven rubber roller mechanism is used to complete the edge folding and secure attachment of the insulation film. After completion, a manipulator returns the item to the unloading tray.
