General Labeling Machine (SW Design)

The general-purpose labeling machine features a touchscreen interface and PLC control, making it easy to operate. It uses a vacuum label picking method to achieve automatic secondary label feeding. A single-axis robotic arm drives the label picking and applying head, ensuring precise positioning and secure labeling. This versatile labeling machine is a tabletop model with a relatively complex mechanism. It includes a label supply rotary plate that delivers labels to the pinch roller assembly. Labels are pressed onto the label dispensing rotary plate using a label pressure plate, then cut with a blade. The suction nozzle picks up and applies the label to the product. It features dual-station labeling, making it suitable for learning and reference purposes.
