The wire solder joint welding is completed and placed on the machine platform (the jig for automatic welding and the jig for solder joint inspection are universal). The machine platform automatically starts detecting the wire barcode. After detection is completed, it moves to start 2D solder joint welding offset detection (offset left and right, pulling solder at the welding tin point, and lack of tin at the welding position), while simultaneously performing 3D detection of the welding volume and height of the solder joint. Using Keyence PLC and image system, the detected data and results can be uploaded to the MES system (internal factory system) after detection is completed.
