A fully automatic button assembly equipment operates in a completely unmanned process. The button feeding uses tray loading, where one tray is automatically loaded. Once the material in one tray is used up, another tray is automatically fed in. In the middle of the process, a robotic arm picks up the buttons and places them onto a turntable for assembly. There are multiple stations for assembling different buttons. This structure is excellent, making it a good set of drawings for downloading and learning.
