Electric Card Point Glue Pressing Equipment Technical Requirements
1. Workbench: a. The workbench of the point glue pressing equipment is disc-type, centrally aligned, and can rotate circumferentially.
b. The perimeter of the disc workbench is evenly arranged with 6 pressing clamps (for 6 position operation). The workbench can automatically lock every 60 degrees of rotation to maintain a stopped state, and unlocking is manually controlled.
2. Caliper Point Glue Machine, Automatic Glue Clamping Fixture: The clamp pressing surface is made of soft rubber, with a semicircular pressing cross-section, ensuring the flexible surface can spread glue from the center to both sides.
3. Glue Valve: The glue valve is suitable for instant adhesive (Loctite 480), with adjustable dispensing quantity. The glue needle must not clog within 2 hours after spraying. A small liquid container is fixed on the workbench, allowing the glue needle to be immersed in liquid after use, preventing the glue inside the needle from solidifying.
