Fully automatic insertion machine equipment adopts left and right dual-station Tray feeding method to ensure uninterrupted operation and increase production capacity. The servo screw XYZ module completes automatic adsorption (magnetic), alignment, and assembly. The product undergoes secondary positioning and rotational positioning, which can be fine-tuned according to the product. Assembly is completed by a four-axis robotic arm for picking and assembly. The PCB line conveys and positions with a lifting mechanism. This equipment has been mass-produced and operates stably.
