Flame treatment conveyor line, flame treatment is generally used to improve the adornment and adhesion properties of the polymer film surface, particularly for polyolefin film surfaces. The most wettable surface-modified polymer films exhibit the most optimal adhesion properties in various applications. These enhanced wetting properties improve the coating and adhesion of materials, such as pressure-sensitive adhesives, primers, and low-viscosity release coatings. The improved wetting properties are particularly useful in coating aqueous solutions on films at various speeds and in high-speed coating of solvent-based materials.
