Content: This equipment is used for the palletizing and film coating process of parts. First, there is a loading station for empty pallets, which uses a stepper motor for supply. Parts are transferred from the previous station step by step to the gripping station for palletizing. Once the pallet is full, a cover action takes place and pushes it to the palletizing station for gripping movement. After the pallet is full, an operator manually removes a stack of pallets, and the equipment resumes its cycle. Controlled by a PLC program, it is a classic piece of non-standard equipment.
