End Cap Assembly Machine
The vibrating plate feeds loose parts, which are then sent to the positioning mechanism to be picked and transferred by a robotic arm to the turntable. Here, they are assembled with materials from another vibrating plate. Once the product is completed, it is flipped and transferred for automatic output via the conveyor line.
