This device is an automatic assembly machine for e-cigarette products, implemented through an automatic indexing platform. The atomizer heads of individual e-cigarette products need to be fitted with a steel mesh. This device is specifically customized to achieve this function. Products flow in from the previous process and need to be rotated 180°. The steel mesh is automatically loaded from the previous process, accurately placed into the product by a suction nozzle, and pressed into the designated position of the product by a stepper motor's rotary action. Ten units are now in mass production, stable and reliable.
