Twisted packaging is a traditional packaging form. However, compared with developed countries, the main problems in China are the low level of packaging equipment, limited variety of packaging materials, and low packaging quality. The whole machine transmits power to the three main execution parts through a motor, belt transmission, and gear transmission to achieve three sub-functions: sugar sorting, paper feeding, and candy wrapping, corresponding to the sugar slot system, paper feeding system, and candy wrapping system, respectively. They cooperate in timing to complete the overall candy wrapping function. Its main features include: Adding a paper pressing rod mechanism to keep the packaging paper stable during the conveying process. Adding a paper folding rocker and paper folding guide rail to allow the machine to fold the packaging paper from different orientations. Extensive use of cam mechanisms, cooperating with each other to improve transmission accuracy.
