PCB assembly equipment uses a vibratory bowl feeder for feeding, with secondary mechanical positioning jigs. The feeding method employs a servo plus screw module for loading and unloading. Jig transportation uses a linear guide rail method with accurate side positioning to ensure assembly precision. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and can be opened with SOLIDWORKS 2017 version, making it a great learning resource.
