SZ-Double Blade Snap Ring Machine This is a tooling equipment used by micro-motor manufacturers for assembling snap rings on the rotor bearings. In one stage of the micro-motor rotor processing, after the rotor is press-fitted onto the shaft, an E-type snap ring is pressed into the snap ring groove using this tool. The structure of the rotor snap ring guide strip has been significantly optimized through multiple enhancements, which has also reduced the processing cost by 50%. The guide strip, with its arc segment processed by a lathe, is assembled into an integrated guide strip. This avoids issues like excessive thickness of wire-cut parts and subsequent bending processes, reducing complexity while ensuring the snap ring fits more smoothly. The left and right snap rings function independently through two sets of cylinders, ensuring that there is no issue of missing snap rings.
