1. This workstation uses a robotic fixture and a magazine-type head automatic feeding system, capable of achieving multifunctional, multi-specification door panel and stiffener automatic feeding system, including:
(1) Door panel flows in from the previous process;
(2) Stiffeners and upper head are grabbed by the robot from the material cart and placed inside the door panel;
(3) Z-shaped heads are fed by a magazine-type mechanism and positioned by a Z-head positioning mechanism.
2. This production line is staffed with a total of 1 person, specifically:
(1) 1 auxiliary staff (can be shared with upper and lower processes);
3. Product specifications: DW700-1400; DH2000-2400;
4. Production cycle of this line:
(1) 25 seconds/piece
