The chip resistor screening machine equipment is composed of a motor, cylinder, assembly line, a movable XY-axis suction nozzle, CCD camera, and other components. The chip resistor on the PCB board in the tray is first photographed and measured by the CCD to determine the height dimensions. It is then flipped to measure the height dimensions of the other side, then flipped back to the initial state, and finally, the suction cup removes the elevated resistor and places it into the collection box.
