The CPU cooling assembly mainly consists of an assembly robot, CPU storage rack, bracket storage rack, heat sink storage rack, component clamps, etc. During installation, the robot performs the assembly operation by installing the CPU, bracket, and heat sink into the tooling according to centrifugal instructions.
