The equipment uses a CCD vision system for the appearance inspection of parts; the working principle is that when the part reaches the testing position, the probe applies conductive liquid of different colors according to the camera. The electronic board is measured after being contaminated with the conductive liquid. This model is composed of an electrical cabinet, motor, cylinder, a probe that can move in the XYZ three directions, an optical camera, the part to be tested, conductive liquid, and more.
