Blade grinding machine, this model was built in SolidWorks 2012, non-parametric, editable. This blade grinding machine uses direct-drive motors lead screw on X and Y axes. The spindle pendulum relies on a pneumatic linkage mechanism, with the motor synchronous belt driving the spindle grinding wheel to rotate for grinding. The pneumatic system pushes the blades, with a triple-cylinder automatic clamping mechanism to secure the grinding process.
