This is the baseplate/vehicle underbody production line. The frame rail is loaded into the shuttle fixture, and the flange is picked and placed by a robot for welding. The baseplate is layered onto the frame rail and then welded into position. The second gantry lifts the fully welded underbody to the ToY tag line. Equipped with STEP format.
