High-speed rail sleeper handling workstation, including a handling robot, tooling, and fixed tooling components. The handling robot uses suction cups to transfer sleepers from the neatly stacked sleeper rack onto the track sleeper. Then, the conveyor belt transports the track sleeper to the next station for further operations.
