This equipment is part of an automatic lock cylinder testing device, designed and produced in response to high product scrap rates and long testing times caused by initial manual stress testing. It uses a lead screw equipped with a pressure sensor to simulate repeated open-close testing of the lock cylinder's fatigue. The entire machine is PLC-controlled to reduce frequent manual operation and save costs.
