1. The main purpose of this production line is to address the layout problem of the stiffeners during the welding process of elevator door panels; it adopts a material layout solution for processing the door panels during circulation/stiffeners during bending simultaneously.
2. The production line is staffed with a total of 1 person, as follows:
1) Stiffener bending/material layout: 1 person;
3. Product specifications: all elevator door panels;
4. Production line cycle time:
(1) 28 seconds/item (standard door panel with single stiffener)
