The mobile phone battery testing uses a cyclic fixture reflow assembly line feeding method, with a 4-station workbench on the divider. A robotic arm with visual positioning picks and feeds the battery, performs appearance size flaw detection, conducts laser detection of battery segment differences, and measures the segment differences on the upper surface of the battery at three stations. The robotic arm automatically unloads, and the produced equipment comes with a BOM list.
