Feeding System: According to the requirement of dual-output rails of the on-site press machine, the special feeding guide rail designed by the sorting machine can seamlessly connect with the on-site output rail.
Central Motion System: Composed of a motor, spindle, glass disc, and related mechanical components, enabling smooth rotation of the central system.
Vision Inspection System: Composed of two sets of cameras and corresponding light sources: No.1 top camera inspects three inner width dimensions of 5.6±0.05 of the product; No.2 top camera inspects overall inner frame length of 34.005±0.050 and four right-angle dimensions 4X90° (+2° /0°).
Software Analysis and Control System: After the camera captures images, the host software analyzes and determines the product's attributes: qualified products, unqualified products, and pending inspection products.
Material Sorting and Discharge System: After the software determines the product's attributes, the material sorting and discharge system classifies and discharges products as good, defective, or pending inspection according to the software’s instructions via the PLC electrical control system.
PLC Electrical Control System: Composed of PLC and electrical control components.
