3D Model of Volkswagen Car Door Lock Production Line Automation, Solidworks2014. This line consists of two horizontal lines to complete a horizontal cycle production line, composed of four manual stations and five automatic stations. The automatic stations primarily conduct automatic motor gear feeding and pressing (two types of gears), automatic oil spotting, ultrasonic welding of the top cover, laser coding by the final inspection machine, and automatic unloading. The entire line is ingeniously designed and can be modified for the production of other door locks. It includes various classic mechanical arms, vibratory feeders, lifting mechanisms, and cam divider mechanisms, covering the majority of automation design essentials!
