AS014-XD10 Testing Equipment Operation Process:
1. The module transfers the product to the testing station;
2. The first station uses a laser line scanner to check the flatness of the product;
3. The second station CCD camera checks for missing parts and position accuracy, then flips to check the second side;
4. After the inspection is complete, the module transfers the product to the unloading turntable;
5. If a tray is available, the module unloads the product onto the tray, which switches between two groups, front and back.
