The power tab forming machine is mainly used for processing power lithium battery tabs. This machine consists of an electric feeding mechanism, a distribution mechanism, a preheating mechanism, a tape feeding mechanism, a single-sided tape detection mechanism, a hot pressing mechanism, a step moving mechanism, an exchange clamping mechanism, a tape cutting mechanism, and an edge cutting mechanism. The machine has a high degree of automation and can be compatible with processing tabs of various specifications. This documentation includes 3D drawings, engineering drawings, and a BOM list. This machine is already in mass production.
